Dhanush’s speech on ‘Anjathe’ audio release function

Actor Dhanush's speech at the audio release function of the film Anjathe turned out to be very interesting. Praising Anjathe's director Misskin to no end for his capabilities, Dhanush recalled that the director approached him for a movie that revolves around a mentally ill person. As it had become a trend nowadays for directors to turn into actor, Dhanush recommended that the director should act in the movie as he had acted out some scenes wonderfully while narrating the story. While Misskin jocularly replied that it was not possible to act with his physical structure the actor, in a lighter vein, replied that: "When I could, why not you?" S.A. Chandrasekhar, speaking at the event, said that doing an anti role is not easy and commended Prasanna for doing a great job at that. Director Misskin disclosed that he drew inspiration from a real life character, an honest policeman, who happens to be his friend. Agathiyan's daughter Vijayalakshmi, plays the female lead. Lamenting that song sequences in films require a lot of time, he said, they needed to be included for commercial purposes. Bheema is ready to be released for the big Pongal 2008
